Jun 2023 Pick up at Atocha station - Difficult to realize that the pick up is on the parking lot and not at proper Atocha Station - 3 ppl were at the counter but only one was attending customers (There is still a sign on the door that only one customer is allowed a time inside) - Information about refilling the car with petrol at time of return was first confusing.
